Returns and Refunds
We offer a 7-day return policy for eligible products. Returned items should be delivered to our shop address: Quetta Carpets, Saidpur Road, Rawalpindi, near Holy Family Stop, either through courier or by dropping off yourself.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3 working days of the returned product being received by us.
Wall-to-wall carpets cannot be returned as they are cut from rolls and become unusable after cutting.
